What the terms actually say

Section I.A

any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the ToS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

You must file any lawsuit against the OTW within one year, or you lose the right to sue forever.

Section IV.F.2

Cooperation with law enforcement authorities from other countries and cooperation when it is not legally required are at our sole discretion.

The OTW may choose to share your data with law enforcement even when not legally required to do so.

Section I.B.2

We may update the ToS as necessary. The Terms of Service cannot be changed by, e.g., emails or oral communications with you.

The company does not commit to notifying you via email when they update their terms.
