What the terms actually say

Section 3.1 — User Content License

you hereby grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license... to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display... and otherwise exploit such User Content

You grant the company total ownership-like rights to use, sell, and modify your content forever, even after you leave.

Section 12 — Amendments

We reserve the right, without any prior notification to you, to amend or change this Agreement

The company can change the terms of service at any time without notifying you, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Section 11.2 — Limitation of Liability

We do not accept any liability resulting from the use of our Service, including liability resulting from lawsuits, penalties, claims, damages, obligations, expenses of any nature

The company disclaims all responsibility for any harm, financial or otherwise, that you experience while using the service.

Section 4.2 — Government Disclosure

we will take appropriate action, including but not limited to... reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant law enforcement authorities

The company reserves the right to report user activity to law enforcement authorities.

Section 9.1 — Termination

Any User who violates the terms of this Agreement... may have access to our Service limited without any notice or obligation

The company can terminate your access to the service at any time without notice or explanation.
