You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Newsmax... from and against any damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and professionals’ fees)

If your use of the service leads to a lawsuit against Newsmax, you are responsible for paying their legal defense costs.
