User Contributions

By providing any User Contribution on the Website, you hereby grant us... a license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to anyone any User Contribution for any purpose.

You grant the company a broad, perpetual license to use, modify, and share your content for any reason.

Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.

The company can change the terms at any time without providing you with direct notice.

Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any cause of action or claim you may have... must be filed within one year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, that cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

You must file any legal claim within one year, or you lose the right to sue.

Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination

We have the right to cooperate fully with any law enforcement authorities... requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information of anyone posting any materials.

The company will share your information with law enforcement upon request without notifying you.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Each party hereby waives its right to a trial by jury in any adversarial proceedings arising out of this agreement.

You waive your right to a jury trial for any disputes related to these terms.

Indemnification

You shall indemnify and defend the Company... against any claims, liabilities, damages... (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use.

You are responsible for the company's legal costs if your use of the site leads to a claim against them.
