What the terms actually say

ARBITRATION

At the Company's sole discretion, it may require You to submit any disputes arising from the use of these Terms of Use or the Service... to final and binding arbitration

The company reserves the right to force you into private, binding arbitration instead of allowing you to sue in court.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF USE

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them

The company can change the rules at any time without notifying you, and you are bound by those changes the moment they are posted.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company... from and against any claims, liabilities, damages... (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs)

If the company gets sued because of your actions, you have to pay for their legal defense and any damages they are ordered to pay.

MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

we have the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or other information

The company will hand over your information to law enforcement if requested, without necessarily notifying you.

LIMITATION ON TIME TO FILE CLAIMS

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE... MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES

You have a limited one-year window to bring any legal claim against the company, which is shorter than many standard statutes of limitations.
