The company can ban you and delete your content whenever they want, for any reason, without telling you first.
in the event Juicexxx.com terminates your rights to use the website because of a breach of this Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.
If you get banned, you don't get your money back for the time you have left on your subscription.
