What the terms actually say

General Terms

Interbet reserves the right to amend these rules, regulations, terms and conditions at any time. Any such revision will be binding and effective immediately.

The company can change the terms of service at any time, and these changes take effect immediately without prior notice to the user.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising between the persons hereto... the parties hereby agree that such dispute be settled by way of arbitration.

Users are forced into binding arbitration to resolve disputes, waiving their right to seek redress in a court of law.

Indemnification

By engaging in the promotion, you agree to indemnify and hold Interbet... harmless from any liability for damages, costs, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of your participation.

The user must pay for the company's legal fees and damages if the user's participation leads to a claim against the company.

Termination

Interbet reserves the right to refuse any application without any further correspondence or giving any reason therefor.

The company can reject or terminate your account at its sole discretion without providing a reason or engaging in further communication.
