What the terms actually say

Section 12.3.6 — Termination of Account

Ebet reserves the right to terminate the account of any user found in violation of these terms, with immediate effect and without prior notice or obligation for compensation.

The company can shut down your account instantly without warning if they believe you violated terms.

Section 24.5 — General Terms & Conditions

eBet may at any time amend, replace or delete any of the Terms contained herein... Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms implies acceptance of the new terms.

The company can change the rules at any time, and by continuing to use the site, you automatically agree to the new rules.

Section 20.1 — Limitation of Liability

The liability of eBet to the Customer for any damages sustained... shall in any event and under all circumstances be limited - 1. in the event of damages relating to a bet, to the amount staked by the Customer

If the company makes a mistake that costs you money, they are only liable for the amount of your bet, not for any potential winnings or other damages.

Section 21.2 — Disclosure of Information

The Customer acknowledges that eBet may be legally required to, and in such cases shall, disclose to any governmental bodies or regulatory agencies, information pertaining to the identity and personal particulars of the Customer

The company will share your personal details and betting history with government or regulatory bodies if required by law.

Section 20.8 — Indemnification

The Customer specifically indemnifies eBet... against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from any legal or other action

You agree to pay the company's legal fees and damages if they are sued because of your use of the service.
