Section 13 — Binding Arbitration

THE ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

You are prohibited from joining class action lawsuits and must resolve disputes individually through private arbitration.

The company reserves the right to terminate your access to the service at any time without prior warning.

Section 16 — Modifications

You understand and agree that your continued use of our Service after any posted modification to these Terms of Service indicates your acceptance of those modifications.

The company can change the terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes agreement to those changes.

Section 3E — Reporting Violations

We may report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials... all without liability to us.
