What the terms actually say

Section 7 — Contribution License

you automatically grant... an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual... worldwide right, and license to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell... and distribute such Contributions

You grant the company a permanent, global, and irrevocable license to do anything they want with your content, including selling it.

Section 1 — Agreement to Terms

We will alert you about any changes by updating the 'Last updated' date... and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.

The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and you agree to be bound by those changes automatically.

Section 15 — Term and Termination

WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR USE OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SITE OR DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION THAT YOU POSTED AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT WARNING, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

The company can delete your account and all your content at any time for any reason without warning.

Section 12 — Site Management

Section 19 — Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless... from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees

You are responsible for paying the company's legal fees and damages if they are sued because of your actions.

Section 20 — User Data

You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

The company is not responsible if they lose or corrupt your data, and you waive your right to sue them for it.
