You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and damages if they are sued due to your domain registration.

Any legal disputes must be handled in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, regardless of where you live.
You may end this Agreement at any time and for any reason by cancelling your Hover services.
You have the right to terminate your account and the agreement at any time.
