TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY... EXCEED $100 CAD.
Even if Cohere causes you significant harm, their financial liability to you is capped at $100.
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Cohere Parties from and against any claims... including reasonable legal and accounting fees
