Section 8b — Our Right to Use Your Content

hereby grant us world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable, transferable rights to use Your Content... We mean use, copy, publicly perform and display, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, remove, analyze, commercialize, and prepare derivative works

You grant the company an extremely broad, perpetual, and transferable license to use, modify, and commercialize your content without compensation.

Section 17b — Termination

We may suspend your ability to use certain portions of the Site, and/or ban you altogether from the Site for any or no reason, and without notice or liability of any kind.

The company can terminate your access and delete your content at any time, for any reason, without warning.

Section 15 — Indemnification

you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its affiliates and licensors... from and against any claims, liabilities, damages... (including reasonable attorneys' fees)

You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if they are sued because of your use of the site.

Section 9 — Enforcement of Terms

when we have a good faith belief that the law compels us to do so or when we think justice would be served, we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities... we may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any materials

The company reserves the right to disclose your identity and data to law enforcement at their discretion.

Section 3 — Changes to the User Terms

If we make material changes to these User Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Site prior to the effective date of the changes.

The company commits to providing advance notice before material changes to the terms take effect.
