What the terms actually say

Section 7 (US)

If you are a resident of the United States, then you hereby agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be determined by arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution

US residents are forced into binding private arbitration for all legal disputes.

Section 13.5

Global-e may modify these Terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

The company can change the terms whenever they want without giving you advance notice.

Section 10.2

Any liability, if so exists, shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product

The company limits its financial liability to the cost of the item purchased.

Section 12.4

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, you waive your right to trial by jury for any disputes related to these Terms.

You are giving up your constitutional right to a jury trial.

You authorize us and/or the Brand to ... provide any other information pertaining to you or your Order to any governmental authority, as may be requested.
