What the terms actually say

Article 15 — Amending our Terms

If an amendment of the Terms significantly affects your rights or obligations, we’ll email you or bring the changes to your attention when you use our online marketplace or impacted services.

The company commits to notifying users of significant changes to the terms.

Article 14 — No liability

Except where the law requires otherwise... we can't be held liable for any loss or damage related to your use of our marketplace... in the broadest sense

The company disclaims liability for nearly all damages related to the use of their platform.

Article 12 — Report complaints about us within 6 months

If you report beyond this time, we’ll qualify your complaint as lapsed and it can no longer be invoked against us.

Users have a very short 6-month window to report complaints before they are considered invalid.

Article 12 — Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any disputes between you and us... will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

Disputes are forced into a specific jurisdiction (Amsterdam), which may be inconvenient for non-Dutch users.

Article 6 — Terminating your account

You may terminate your account at any time.

Users have the right to close their account whenever they choose.
