What the terms actually say

Section 12.3

all disputes shall be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration.

Legal disputes must be resolved through private arbitration rather than the court system.

YOU AND GAIJIN AGREE THAT THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE ANY DISPUTE ON A CLASS-ACTION BASIS.

Users are prohibited from participating in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

Section 4.4

Gaijin obtains a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use such UGC.

The company retains a permanent right to use your content without compensation.

Section 11.2

Continued use of the Service(s) after such updates shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

The company can change terms without direct notice, and continued use implies consent.

A User may delete their Account at any time.
