What the terms actually say

Section 12.3

all disputes shall be resolved by binding, confidential arbitration.

You are forced to resolve all legal disputes through private arbitration rather than in a court of law.

Section 12.4

YOU AND GAIJIN AGREE THAT THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE ANY DISPUTE ON A CLASS-ACTION BASIS.

You are prohibited from joining class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations against the company.

Section 4.4

Gaijin obtains a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use such UGC.

The company claims a permanent right to use, modify, and share your user-generated content without paying you.

Section 7.3

All purchases made through the Service(s) are non-refundable, irrespective of the payment method.

All sales are final, and the company refuses to provide refunds for any reason unless legally required.

Section 11.2

Gaijin reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service(s) after such updates shall be deemed acceptance.

The company can change the terms at any time, and your continued use acts as your agreement to those changes.

Section 3.9

A User may delete their Account at any time.

You have the explicit right to delete your account whenever you choose.
