What the terms actually say

Section 9 — User Content License

you represent that you have all rights to grant Famous Birthdays a royalty free, assignable, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use the content in any way that we deem fit.

By submitting content, you grant the company a permanent, non-revocable right to use your material however they want, forever.

Section 10 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Famous Birthdays and its owners, officers, agents and employees from and against any and all damages, costs, liabilities, actions, claims and expenses (including attorneys fees) arising from your use of the platform.

You must pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if your use of the site leads to a lawsuit.

Section 3 — Liability Disclaimer

We acknowledge that such information and materials could contain inaccuracies and we thus absolve ourselves of any liability for any such inaccuracies to the extent permitted by law.

The company refuses to take responsibility for any incorrect information on their site.

Section 4 — Profile Removal

Celebrities and/or their representatives are free to submit a profile removal request to Famous Birthdays.

Celebrities can request to have their profiles removed from the platform.
