Section 38 — Arbitration Agreement

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A CLASS ACTION/JURY TRIAL WAIVER PROVISION

You are prohibited from suing the company in court or joining a class action lawsuit.

Section 22 — User Content

You hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right and license to use... your User Content

The company owns a permanent license to use anything you post, forever, without compensation.

Section 42 — Changes to These Terms

Section 36 — Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

The company caps its total financial liability to you at $100.

Section 45 — Miscellaneous

You authorize AKC to provide information concerning you and your activities to comply with applicable laws or respond to a court order, subpoenas, or other lawful requests

The company will share your data with government authorities upon request.

Section 41 — Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Service

You have a clear, self-serve method to end your agreement with the company.
