What the terms actually say

Section 7 — User Content

By using, downloading, displaying, or submitting User Content in connection with the Services, you hereby grant to EURL the perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, assignable, sublicensable, royalty-free right, worldwide, to edit, copy, transmit, publish, display, create derivative works, reproduce, modify, distribute, and use your User Content in any manner whatsoever.

You grant EURL a permanent, global, and unrestricted license to use your content for any purpose, including commercial use, without compensation.

Section 15 — Modifications

EURL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make modifications to these Conditions. ... For any modification that does not require your consent, your continued use of the Services, access to and/or participation in them will signify your acceptance of the updated Conditions.

EURL can change the terms at any time, and by continuing to use the service, you automatically agree to those changes.

Section 23 — Applicable Law

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court of Paris, which is given territorial jurisdiction.

All legal disputes must be handled in Paris, France, regardless of where you live.

Section 5 — Unauthorized Uses

You understand and agree that EURL cooperates fully with any legal request for disclosure (e.g., court order or subpoena).

EURL will comply with government data requests without a commitment to notify you.

Section 10 — Withdrawal Policy

Panel members may withdraw from their membership in the use of the Services ... at any time by: (i) following the unsubscribe procedures described on the relevant Website(s) or contained in any email received from EURL; or (ii) by sending an email to the Panel member services team.

You have a clear, accessible way to cancel your account and stop receiving communications.
