What the terms actually say

Section 3 — Changes we may make

We may update these Terms or the Services at any time by posting the updated Terms and, where required by law, providing additional notice. Your continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

The company can change the terms at any time, and your continued use of the service acts as your agreement to those changes.

Section 8 — User content & submissions

You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive, royalty free licence (with the right to sub licence) to host, store, use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works in any media.

You give the company a permanent, global right to use, modify, and share anything you post, which continues even if you delete your account.

Section 31 — Dispute resolution

disputes between you and HTDSL relating to partner/regulated journeys shall be finally settled by arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by HTDSL.

For financial services, you are forced into private arbitration in New Delhi, and the company gets to appoint the arbitrator.

Section 7A — Automated access

You must not use our content or metadata to train, fine tune, evaluate, benchmark, or improve AI/ML systems without a written licence.

The company explicitly prohibits using their content for AI training without their permission.
