What the terms actually say

Section 13.1 (Advertiser Terms)

Clickadu reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time unilaterally.

The company can change the terms of the agreement whenever they want without your prior approval.

Section 15 (Advertiser Terms)

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLICKADU BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE...

The company refuses to accept responsibility for any damages you suffer while using their service.

Section 11.2 (Advertiser Terms)

Clickadu shall have the right to block your account immediately and to withhold the remaining funds in your account as a fine.

The company can seize your account balance as a penalty for alleged breaches.

Section 10.5 (Advertiser Terms)

In the event that the Receiving Party is required to disclose Confidential Information in accordance with judicial or regulatory or governmental order... the Receiving Party shall promptly notify the Disclosing Party...

While they promise to notify you, they are compelled to share your data with government authorities upon request.

Section 11.3 (Advertiser Terms)

If your account is not reactivated within 90 calendar days it will be deleted without an option to restore it.

The company deletes your account and data after a period of inactivity, with no way to recover it.
