What the terms actually say

Section 16 — Term and Termination

We shall have the right to terminate this Agreement including, without limitation, your right to access and use the Service, at any time in our sole discretion and without advance notice to you.

The company can terminate your account and access to the service at any time, for any reason, without giving you prior notice.

Section 8B — Rights you grant to us

By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Service, you give us a worldwide, perpetual, fully-sublicensable, irrevocable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute and otherwise exploit such Content...

Any content you post is licensed to the company forever, and they can use it in any way they want without paying you.

Section 11 — Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to change, amend and/or modify this Agreement... and when we do so, we will provide you with reasonable notice that a change, amendment or modification has been made.

The company commits to notifying you when they update their terms.

Section 16 — Term and Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting all copies of the App in your possession or control, if any, and discontinuing use of any and all parts of the Service.

You can cancel your account and terminate the agreement simply by stopping your use of the service.
