What the terms actually say

Section 3.2 — Limitation of Liability

THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF DOODLE FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT... WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ALL FEES PAID TO DOODLE BY USER UNDER THESE GTC DURING THE TWELVE (12)-MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM.

Doodle limits its total financial liability to the amount you paid them in the last year, which effectively caps liability at $0 for free users.

Section 7.4 — Notices and changes to these GTC

Doodle reserves the right to make changes to these GTC at any time. ... any such changes shall become effective without any further action by any party.

Doodle can change the terms of your agreement at any time without your explicit consent.

Section 3.4 — Enhancement, Modification, Discontinuation

Doodle has the right at any time for any or no reason to suspend, restrict discontinue, or modify the Services (or any part thereof) permanently or temporarily

Doodle can shut down or change the service at any time for any reason without liability.

Section 6 — Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Doodle... from and against any claims, liabilities, damages... arising out of or relating to (i) your violation of these GTC, (ii) your use of the Services

You are responsible for paying Doodle's legal fees and damages if your use of the service leads to a third-party claim.

Section 7.1 — Governing law and jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these GTC shall be decided by the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

You must travel to Switzerland to resolve any legal disputes, which is inconvenient for most users.

Section 7.4 — Notices and changes to these GTC

In the event of a material change to these GTC, you may terminate the subscription prior to the agreed end of the subscription period within one (1) month following the date of notification of the change.

You have a one-month window to cancel your subscription if Doodle makes a material change to the terms.

DPA - Processing and Transfer of Personal Data

Doodle shall return or securely destroy Personal Data, in accordance with Customer’s instructions, upon Customer’s request or upon termination of Customer’s account(s)

Doodle commits to deleting your data upon request or account termination.
