Docusign may use your data to train their AI models unless you opt out.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU... WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU... OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Docusign limits its total liability to you to $100, regardless of the damages you suffer.
CUSTOMER’S PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OR AS OTHERWISE AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES OR AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
All payments are final and non-refundable, with very limited exceptions.
