Any dispute regarding the Agreement or Order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts with authority in and over Santa Clara County, California.
Legal disputes must be handled in California courts, which may be inconvenient depending on your location.
Customer grants to Ayla a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid up, and irrevocable right and license to use, store, process, modify, reproduce, distribute and display the Data, and to transfer Data to third parties, for the purpose of providing the Product and services

AYLA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THE AGREEMENT, OR ORDER, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY CUSTOMER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT OUT OF WHICH THE ALLEGED LIABILITY AROSE.
