What the terms actually say

Section 6 — Website Rules

you hereby grant the Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to use... such User Content

You grant the company a permanent, global, and transferable right to use anything you post, which they can sub-license to others.

Section 16 — Jurisdiction, Governing Laws, and Dispute Resolution
