What the terms actually say

Section 4 — Modification of these Terms

Curriculum Associates reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time with or without notice.

The company can change the agreement at any time without notifying you, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Section 9 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Curriculum Associates... harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of the CA Website.

You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if a third party sues them because of your actions.

Section 10 — Miscellaneous

You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms will be filed only in the state or federal courts in and for Boston, MA.

You are forced to resolve legal disputes in a specific court in Boston, regardless of where you live.
