All documents, information and reports relating to the assignment would be handled and kept strictly confidential and not shared/published/supplied or disseminated in any manner, by the Auditor.
The auditor is legally required to keep all information related to the security audit confidential and cannot share it with third parties.
The bidder/ auditor will not be entitled to raise any objection for the appointment of such an officer of the Ministry of Education as the sole arbitrator. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding subject to the provisions of the arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996.
Disputes are resolved by an arbitrator appointed by the Ministry of Education, whose decision is final and binding.
CIET-NCERT reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the Bidding process and reject all Bids at any time prior to Award of Contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the affected Bidder or Bidders of the grounds.
The organization can cancel the bidding process at any time without being liable to bidders or explaining why.
