you hereby grant to BrickLink and to the LEGO Group a limited license...so that we can make the content accessible and usable on the Site and on LEGO Group earned and owned platforms without any limitation for an indefinite period
Your content is licensed to LEGO for an indefinite period, including for promotional use, with no clear termination right.
we also reserve the right to terminate your account, delete all of your data and deny you access to any or all of the Site's features at any time for any reason without prior notice
BrickLink can delete your account and data at any time, for any reason, without warning.
you agree to reimburse BrickLink and its affiliates for all such liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys' fees and court costs)

you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the United States federal courts located in the State of Massachusetts
All US lawsuits against BrickLink must be filed in Massachusetts, regardless of where you live.
