CamStreams reserves the right to modify terms without notice, terminate accounts at its sole discretion, and requires users to indemnify the company for all legal claims.

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to change by CamStreams at any time in its sole discretion and you agree be bound by all modifications, changes and/or revisions with or without notice.
The company can change the terms whenever they want without telling you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CamStreams, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
If the company gets sued because of something you did, you have to pay their legal bills.
By submitting the User Submissions to CamStreams, you hereby grant CamStreams a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions.
You give the company a free, permanent right to use and share your content however they want.
CamStreams may remove such User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
The company can ban you and delete your account whenever they want without telling you why.
The foregoing license granted by you terminates once you remove or delete a User Submission from the CamStreams Website.
Your content license ends when you delete the content.
