Section 17 — Dispute Resolution

You agree that any dispute or claim of any kind whatsoever between you and ExpressVPN... will be decided by a binding arbitration... YOU AND EXPRESSVPN MAY NOT BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

You are forced to resolve all legal disputes through private arbitration and are prohibited from joining class action lawsuits.

Section 2 — Modification

ExpressVPN may update these Terms from time to time without notice.

The company reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time without providing prior notice to users.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ExpressVPN... from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services.
