What the terms actually say

Section 12 — Changes and Additional Conditions

We may vary this Contract reasonably at any time.

The company reserves the right to change the terms of your agreement whenever they choose.

Section 3(j) — Subscription Payments

You shall not be entitled to any refund under any circumstance.

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the situation.

Section 9(d) — Copyright

we shall be authorized without notice to (i) suspend and/or terminate this Contract; and (ii) shall co-operate with including by providing your details and your Address to any owner/licensor of copyright

The company can cut off your service and hand your personal information to third parties without prior warning.

Section 16(b) — Piracy

beIN reserves the right to seek reasonable compensation equivalent to a minimum of $2,000 for damages incurred from the result of each piracy act directly linked to your account

The company claims the right to impose a $2,000 penalty on your credit card for alleged piracy.

Section 17 — Law

This Contract and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it is the governed and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.

All legal disputes must be resolved under Qatari law.
