What the terms actually say

Section 24 — Dispute Resolution

YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES... WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION... EACH PARTY HEREBY KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVES... ANY AND ALL RIGHTS THEY MAY HAVE... TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

You are forced into individual dispute resolution and waive your right to a jury trial or class action.

Section 19 — User Materials

You hereby grant iHeart a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to (and to allow others to) use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, distribute, create derivative works from, and perform your User Materials.

iHeart claims a permanent, irrevocable license to use your content for any purpose, which survives account termination.

Section 1 — Changes to these Terms

iHeart reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, or otherwise change these Terms... at any time. iHeart will notify you of any changes... by updating the Effective Date at the top of the page.

The company can change the terms at any time without direct notice to you.

Section 12 — Modification/Termination

iHeart reserves the right... to modify, suspend, or terminate this iHeart Site... and/or your account... at any time for any reason with or without notice to you.

iHeart can terminate your account and delete your access at any time for any reason.

Section 25 — General

In the event iHeart engages in a merger... or other sale or transfer of our assets, the Data Assets (including personal information) will be among the assets transferred.

Your personal data will be transferred to third parties in the event of a merger or acquisition without your consent.

Section 4 — Accounts

You may cancel your account by contacting customer service or by following the instructions in any applicable Additional Terms.

You have a defined method to cancel your account.
