You grant the company a broad, transferable license to use your uploaded content for any business purpose.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless '7MMTV.sx, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
You are required to pay for the company's legal defense and any damages if your use of the site leads to a claim.
'7MMTV.sx shall not condone child pornography and will cooperate with all governmental agencies that seek those who produce child pornography.
The company explicitly commits to sharing data with government agencies.
The foregoing license granted by you terminates once you remove or delete a User Submission from the '7MMTV.sx Website.
The license you grant to the company for your content expires when you delete that content from the site.
