What the terms actually say

Section 4 — User Submissions

You irrevocably grant us a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, non-cancelable, sub-licenseable license to reproduce... User Submissions for any purpose.

You give the company a permanent, global, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute your content for any reason, which you cannot cancel.

Section 11 — Modification of these Terms
