What the terms actually say

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Except for the foregoing, you may not return, cancel or exchange any product or service.

All sales are final unless the product is defective.

ARBITRATION

ALL DISPUTES... WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF IN A COURT BY A JUDGE OR JURY, AND YOU AGREE THAT COMPANY AND YOU ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY A JURY.

You cannot sue the company in court; you must use private arbitration and you cannot join a class action.

YOUR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

You hereby grant to Company... a perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid-up and royalty-free... worldwide license to use, modify... such User Content... for any and all purposes including promotional, marketing, trade and commercial purposes.

The company can use anything you post for any commercial purpose forever, without paying you.

DESCRIPTION OF SITE SERVICES; ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

We may modify this Agreement at any time in our discretion, and we may provide such modifications to you by any reasonable means, including by posting the revised version of this Agreement on the Site.

The company can change the rules whenever they want without giving you direct notice.

TERMINATION

Company may terminate or suspend your Account... at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice or explanation, and without liability.

They can ban you and delete your data for any reason without telling you why.
