Contributing Material to the Site

by submitting Material to any part of the Site, you grant to AIP Publishing and its publishing partners an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, nonexclusive, transferable (with the right to sublicense to others) license to use... for any purpose

When you post content, you give the company a permanent, global, and royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, which you cannot take back.

Notice of Change in Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised Terms to this page... By using the Site after the Terms have changed, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

The company can change these terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Indemnification
