What the terms actually say

Section 8 — Public User Content

you hereby grant to Wayground a perpetual... irrevocable, fully paid, universal license to commercialize, use, reproduce... your Public User Content

If you make your content public, you grant Wayground a permanent, global right to use and profit from it forever, even if you delete your account.

Section 10 — Payments and Subscription Plan Periods

Once a subscription for a Paid Subscription Plan is paid that subscription is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

All payments are final; you cannot receive a refund for any reason, including if you stop using the service.

Section 24 — Term and termination

Wayground may terminate the Agreement or suspend your access to the Wayground Service at any time... Wayground will not refund any amounts that you have already paid

Wayground can terminate your access at any time without cause and will keep all your money.

Section 25 — Miscellaneous

If we make a material change to these Terms and Conditions... we will notify, by email.

The company promises to send an email if they make significant changes to the terms.

Section 22 — Limitation of liability

In no event will the aggregate liability... exceed the amounts actually paid by you to Wayground during the 12-month period prior to the date a claim is made.

If you sue the company, the most you can recover is the amount you paid them in the last year.
