ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND OUR RIGHT TO UPDATE THESE TERMS

Vice reserves the right to modify or add to these Terms at any time without prior notice (“Updated Terms”).

Vice can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

INFORMATION/CONTENT YOU SUBMIT

You grant to Vice the unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right and license to host, use, copy, distribute, reproduce, disclose, sell, re-sell, sub-license, display, perform, transmit, publish, broadcast, modify and create derivative works of... all or any portion of your User Content for any purpose whatsoever

You grant Vice a permanent, global, and irrevocable license to do anything they want with your content, including selling it.

GOVERNING LAWS; JURISDICTION; COMMENCEMENT OF ACTIONS

YOU HEREBY CONSENT AND SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE COURTS LOCATED IN THE DETERMINED VENUE FOR ANY SUCH LEGAL PROCEEDING AND WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION.

You are prohibited from participating in class action lawsuits against the company.

DISCLAIMERS/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL THE VICE PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR CAUSES OR ACTION EXCEED TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($10.00).

The company limits its total liability for any damages to $10.

GOVERNING LAWS; JURISDICTION; COMMENCEMENT OF ACTIONS

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISES.

You must file any legal claim within one year, or you lose the right to sue.
