MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS

US.ORG reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time and at its sole discretion.

The company can change the terms at any time without providing any notice to the user.

POSTING USER GENERATED CONTENT

You hereby grant US.ORG a worldwide, royalty-free, freely transferable, freely sublicensable... license to use, reproduce, modify, transmit, distribute... and create derivative works of the User Generated Content.

You grant the company an extremely broad, perpetual license to do whatever they want with your content.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless US.ORG... from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees).

You are required to pay the company's legal fees and damages if they are sued due to your actions.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

In no event shall the aggregate liability of US.ORG... exceed any compensation you pay, if any, to US.ORG for access to or use of the Sites.

Since the service is free, the company's liability is effectively capped at zero dollars.
