UBC reserves the right amend these Terms of Use at any time without notice.

The university can change these terms at any time without notifying you.

(e) Submissions

All information submitted to the University of British Columbia via the Site shall be deemed and remain the property of the University of British Columbia, and the University of British Columbia shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or other techniques contained in information provided

Anything you submit to the site becomes their property and they can use it for any purpose.

(h) Choice of Law

You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia in any action or proceeding instituted under or related to your use of the Site.

Legal disputes must be handled in British Columbia courts.
