What the terms actually say

Section 4.3.1 — User Submissions License

Time Out a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence and right to use... your User Submission

You grant Time Out a permanent, irrevocable right to use, edit, and distribute your content forever, which they can also transfer to others.

Section 6.2.2 — Unilateral Changes

We can at any time: ... change these Terms. Your continued use of the Website ... shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms have been changed.

The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and you are responsible for checking for updates yourself.

Section 9.8 — Government Disclosure

Time Out reserves the right to ... make available such information or material when required to do so by law or when requested to do so by regulatory bodies or law enforcement organisations.

The company will disclose your data to government or law enforcement agencies upon request.

Section 2.1 — Account Deletion

If you choose to deactivate your User Account, all your data will be deleted by us.

Time Out does not permit the use of the Content on any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning platform, tool, software or system in any way
