The company owns a permanent, transferable license to use anything you post for any purpose, including marketing.
Company may modify this Agreement at any time... Your continued use of the Site... following any such modification constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Agreement as so modified. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly.
The company can change these terms at any time without notifying you, and your continued use counts as agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold Company... harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party.
You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if your actions lead to a third-party claim.
