Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate this EULA and the rights afforded to you hereunder with or without prior notice;

Governing Law and Venue

Any claim or suit arising out of or relating to this EULA will be brought exclusively in any court of competent jurisdiction located in Santa Clara County, California.

You are forced to resolve all legal disputes in a specific court in California, regardless of where you live.

Beta Offering

Company may, in its sole discretion, change or terminate any Beta Offering without notice

The company can modify or remove beta features at any time without notifying you.
