What the terms actually say

Section 4 — Your Submission of Content

By submitting Materials to the Service, You warrant that You have all necessary rights to grant, and automatically grant to Red Cross and its affiliates, a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right...

You grant the Red Cross a permanent, global, and sublicensable license to use anything you post, which survives account termination.

Section 17 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Red Cross and its affiliates... harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses...

You must pay for the Red Cross's legal fees and damages if they are sued because of your actions.

Section 8 — Passwords; Security

Red Cross reserves the right to delete or change Authorized User Credentials (with or without notice) at any time and for any reason.

The Red Cross can terminate your access to your account at any time without telling you why or giving you advance notice.

Section 16 — Monitoring

Red Cross has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of the Service... to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request.

The Red Cross reserves the right to share your data with government agencies at their discretion.

Terms of Use — Changes

Red Cross may change, add or remove portions of the Terms of Use from time to time, and such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting.

The company can change the terms at any time without notifying you, and you are bound by the new terms as soon as they are posted.

Section 9 — Termination

You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by ceasing to use the Service.

You can end your agreement with the Red Cross simply by stopping your use of their services.
