The company limits its financial responsibility to you to a maximum of $100, regardless of the damages incurred.
You agree that any action to enforce this Agreement or any matter relating to your use of the Hosting Services shall be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oregon.
You are forced to resolve all legal disputes in a specific court in Oregon, regardless of where you live.

You have the right to manage and delete your personal data by contacting the company.
Before any material changes to this Agreement become binding on You... Porkbun will notify You of such changes by, for example, sending email to an address you have provided to Us.
The company promises to provide advance notice via email before making material changes to the terms.
