What the terms actually say

USER SUBMISSIONS

By posting your content on the Sites, you expressly grant PRH a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up worldwide... right to use... in perpetuity throughout the universe.

You grant the company a permanent, global license to use your content for any purpose, including advertising, which survives account deletion.

TERMS OF USE

PRH RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT OUR DISCRETION, TO CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD, OR REMOVE PORTIONS OF THESE TERMS OF USE AT ANY TIME.

The company can change the terms whenever they want without providing any notice to you.

TERMINATION

PRH may suspend or terminate any user’s access... without notice, for any reason in PRH’s sole discretion.

The company can terminate your account and access to your content at any time for any reason without prior notice.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PRH... harmless from any and all liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

You are financially responsible for the company's legal costs if your actions lead to a claim against them.

REMOVAL OF USER SUBMISSIONS

We will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order or subpoena requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting such materials.

The company will share your identity and data with law enforcement upon request without a stated requirement to notify you.
