What the terms actually say

Section 2 — Dispute Resolution

YOU AND WE EACH AGREE TO RESOLVE SUCH DISPUTES THROUGH AN INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION OR AN INDIVIDUAL ACTION IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

You are prohibited from joining class action lawsuits and must resolve disputes through individual arbitration.

Section 6.1 — User Submissions

you grant to us and our partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sublicenseable license to use, reproduce, archive, edit, translate, create derivative works of... and in any other way exploit those User Submissions

You grant the company a permanent, irrevocable license to use, sell, and modify your content for any purpose, including AI training.

Section 1 — Terms; Changes

Changes to these Terms will be effective immediately or, if required by law, 30 days after notice to you, which may be given by posting the updated Terms on our Services

The company can change the terms at any time without direct notification to you.

Section 13 — Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL THE PARAMOUNT PARTIES' AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES

The company limits its financial liability to you to a maximum of $100.

Section 15 — Governing Law

Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you must file any claim related to use of the Services or these Terms within one (1) year of the events first giving rise to such claim. Otherwise, you will waive the claim.

You must bring any legal claim within one year or lose the right to sue forever.

Section 17 — Miscellaneous

You authorize us to provide information concerning you and your activities to comply with applicable laws or respond to court order, subpoenas, or other lawful requests

The company will share your data with law enforcement or government agencies upon request.
