When you Post User Content... you grant NewsBreak a world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sub-licenseable license to use... such User Content.
The company claims a permanent, irrevocable right to use anything you post, forever.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEWSBREAK... BE LIABLE TO YOU... FOR ANY DAMAGES... IN ANY EVENT, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE HIGHER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NEWSBREAK... OR $100.
The company caps its total legal liability to you at $100.
We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, deny you access to all or part of the Services at any time for any or no reason at all, with or without notice to you.
The company can terminate your account at any time without telling you why.
NewsBreak will provide thirty (30) days' notice of any changes affecting the substance to this section by posting on the Services. Amendments will become effective thirty (30) days after they are posted on the Services or sent to you by email. If you continue to use the Services after the 30th day, you agree that any unfiled claims... are subject to the revised clause.
The company can change the arbitration terms and bind you to them if you keep using the service.
For subscriptions billed directly through NewsBreak, you may cancel or change your subscription by logging into your account and by clicking on the "Subscribed" button > "Subscription management" > "Cancel Subscription".
Cancellation is self-serve and does not require a phone call or email.
