The company reserves the right to use your personal photos, messages, and videos to train their AI models.

Limitation on Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF NAVER ENTITIES EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THE COMPANY, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

The company limits its total financial responsibility to you to $100, even if they cause significant harm.

Disputes (US Addendum)

You agree that all disputes that arise out of or relate to these Terms... will be resolved in a competent court in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California or the state court located in Los Angeles County, California, and You consent to personal jurisdiction and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.

US users are forced to litigate in California, regardless of where they actually live.

Data Sharing

the Company may provide personal information to related law enforcement agencies apart from the Company’s privacy policies.

The company reserves the right to share your data with law enforcement outside of their standard privacy policy protections.

Cancellation

You may request termination of the contract at any time through the account deletion page in the service, and the company will process your request without delay

You can delete your account easily through the app settings.
